Our cross-phase network collaborates to create transformational cultures and provision for our pupils with SEN across all our schools. The network is attended by SENCOs who bring a wealth of expertise and years of experience for all to share and learn from at every opportunity. The network is a highly supportive and collaborative peer group, sharing best practice and experience at every opportunity, and supporting each other in navigating through a complex and ever-changing landscape but with the overall aim to always deliver the very best care, support and provision for our pupils and families. We offer both in-person and online sessions, providing training and networking opportunities for our SENCOs, Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Governors.
