An established network of Senior Achievement Leaders that work collaboratively to support the co-construction of the Trust achievement strategy alongside a continual focus on improving learner attainment through the intelligent use of information and Trust experience. Our Achievement Network considers how all pillars of school improvement impact on overall outcomes and provides Leaders with the opportunity to harness the power of collaboration and collective efficacy to positively impact the outcomes of all Nova learners. These networks are a blend of in person and online sessions, determined by our Trust Achievement Calendar and provide opportunity for school visits and specialist input that strengthen the sharing of best practice to support all Trust schools in securing ‘transformational outcomes’ for all.
