Our secondary-specific network collaborates to lead transformational behaviour initiatives in alignment with our Trust strategy and guidelines. This network empowers leaders to champion the idea that everyone is a leader of behaviour. Leaders receive training and support to implement effective strategies, ensuring these practices are embedded in our schools through a partnership approach, rather than an "us and them" mentality. We offer both in-person and online sessions, providing training and networking opportunities for our Senior Leaders of Behaviour.
